Not wasting any time, we set off to create a Red Ale in October. Although we both enjoy Reds, we weren't really very fond of this one. We couldn't really put our finger on the problem, but it just didn't have that taste we had hoped for. Perhaps we have just had really good Reds in the past and it is hard to find one to live up to it. But, we will try it again.
