Our first fruit beer is born! Sadly, the apricot flavor is not as precocious as I would have liked (given the name). We wanted a subtle but noticeable apricot flavor. But, if we didn't tell you in advance that you were drinking a fruit beer I'm not sure you'd know. The subtly is along the lines of a Magic Hat #9 (which many people don't realize is an apricot pale ale).
I think I'd try more fruit extract next time or perhaps a different flavor, but it is certainly a great beer.
