Cocoa Porter

Mmmm, cocoa porter....  We did a lot of research on this one and it was very good, for the first few weeks of shelf life.  Now - not so cocoa flavored.  It is a great porter but it lost the chocolate undertones that it once had.  A friend of ours who homebrews said that yeast does weird stuff sometimes and he wasn't surprised the flavor disappeared.  But, we will try it again sometime and see what we get.
